Terms of Service — HugBudz

Orders — By placing an order you confirm all details provided are accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.

Pricing — All prices include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice; the price at time of purchase is what you pay.

Shipping — Delivery estimates are 7–15 days but not guaranteed. HugBudz is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns — Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery per our Returns and Refunds policy and applicable EU consumer law.

Product use — HugBudz products are comfort items, not medical devices, and not suitable for children under 3.

Liability — Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
