Shipping Policy
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a separate email with tracking information once it ships.
Shipping time
Orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed — delays caused by customs, carriers, or high demand periods (holidays, sales events) are outside our control.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all EU countries and the United States. If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us at support@hugbudz.com and we'll do our best to help.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number, sent to your email once your package ships. You can track your order's journey from our warehouse to your door.
Customs, duties & import fees
Orders shipped from outside your home country may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees, depending on your country's regulations.
For EU customers: as of July 2026, a temporary €3 customs handling fee applies to goods imported from outside the EU, in line with new EU regulations on low-value consignments. This fee may be collected by the carrier upon delivery, or may already be included in your order total at checkout — always double check your order confirmation for details.
For US customers: any applicable customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order if you're unsure.
Lost or missing packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us at support@hugbudz.com within 7 days so we can investigate.
If your order hasn't moved for more than 20 days past the estimated delivery window, reach out to us and we'll look into it right away — a replacement or refund will be arranged if the package is confirmed lost.
Damaged items
If your HugBud arrives damaged, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery at support@hugbudz.com. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.
Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we're happy to help however we can if you notice an error shortly after ordering — contact us immediately.
