Returns
Not the right fit? You can return your HugBud within 14 days of delivery, provided it's unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at support@hugbudz.com before sending anything back and we'll guide you through it. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — you won't need to return the item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable situations
Items that are used, washed, or returned without prior contact can't be refunded. Sale items are refundable under the same 14-day policy required by EU consumer law.
